We are committed to creating a small, tight-knit community of families dedicated to raising their children based on Montessori principles. Our application process is designed primarily to determine whether families will be a good fit for our community, not to gauge the academic potential of children.
For the 2019-2020 school year, we are prioritizing children who will be three and four years of age as of August 2019.
FIRST ROUND OF ADMISSIONS - PROCESS AND IMPORTANT DATES

STEP 2 - October 15th, 2018 - December 15th, 2018
Written Application emailed to email@example.com
Signed Family Handbook emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
$50 non-refundable check mailed to the following address: Hiatt Farms Montessori School, 6664 North County Road 13, Loveland, CO 80538
STEP 3 - January 7th, 2019
Decisions for family interviews will be emailed to all applicants
STEP 4 - January 8th, 2019 - February 11th, 2019
Select applicants will be invited for a family interview which will include a meet-and-greet with the prospective child
STEP 5 - Week of February 25th, 2019
Final admissions decisions will be emailed out to all interviewed families
Please note that a completed application does not guarantee admission into our program.
Accepted families will complete all enrollment files and submit a tuition deposit, at which point the child will be officially enrolled. We will host a meeting for accepted families when the enrollment process is complete.
We are working hard to represent the values, mission, procedures and policies of Hiatt Farms Montessori on this website and in the enrollment process, but we reserve the right to change policies or information regarding the school or the enrollment process should the need arise.
