PRIMARY PROGRAM: 2.5 TO 6 YEARS OLD

2026-2027 Academic Year

Half Day | 8:30am-12:30pm, Monday – Friday | 12 months (year round program) | $17,400 annually

Full Day | 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday – Friday | 12 months (year round program) | $23,000 annually

application fee

Application Fee: $75

A $75 non-refundable application fee is required to process your written application.

DEPOSIT

Tuition deposit: 10% of the annual tuition

Deposits are due 30 days after the acceptance letter is emailed. Enrollment is guaranteed only upon the receipt of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but are applied towards the year’s tuition.

colorado universal preschool (upk) program

Hiatt Farms Montessori School participates in the Colorado Universal Preschool (UPK) Program. This is available to all families during the year when their child is 4 years old on October 1st. Please see the Financial Aid tab for more details.
